I think Luigi's sweetspotted up+b does the most damage and knockback, it's like a mini rest. Up air can kill close to the top blast zone, though, so that’s a fine usage of the move. Maybe Falcon if you count comboing into stuff. Up aerial is almost completely useless off-stage, so avoid using that one when you can. If you notice your FP doing something you don’t like, don’t worry about it. It catches rolls, it guards edges, this move does it all. I’d say 2100 / 2100 is a safe bet, as it perfectly balances King K. Rool’s Attack and Defense.
