Agility is a much more static stat throughout the game than any other stat, and even very few points in agility means a lot, so just because the number is a lot lower than the other stats doesn't mean the effect isn't just as high.

Although Dunban's skill trees give naked bonuses, they are only applied when completely naked, not for every individual empty armour slot, and the bonuses are never, ever worth it. Spirit Breath kind of bad since AI Dunban apparently only uses it when he has a bad status effect. Dunban you want to focus on strength and agility. I mainly build shulk as high attacker + buffer, amd reyn as tanker.

Naked and light sort of even out since agility has a hard cap you reach with gems.

If you get all the weight down skills, you can have Dunban trotting around in full heavy armour with no reprecussions. *Series Spoilers*. Dunban can absorb aggro from the third party member and if things get dicey he can lose all of his aggro with one of his auras which then switches it to Riki usually.
